We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Business Collaboration Product suite and support our goal of delivering excellence across products and solutions which bring direct benefits to our different Lines of Businesses. Business Collaborations goal is to augment the experience of our 250k+ global employees through sophisticated data driven insights and integrations through the applications, APIs, and SDKs that the team own, build and deliver.

This portfolio of innovative applications, services and SDK’s is leveraged by significant user base across the Firm in their daily in their work activities. We see an exciting opportunity to leverage deep data and intelligence to deliver behavioural insights and recommendations to the employees of the firm to enhancing their collaboration and communication experience in this complex hybrid working and digital environment.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Product Owner/Product manager in setting the long-term strategy for the product, support the team for optimal delivery, ensure operational excellence and drive engagement with our customers and stakeholders. The team, based out of UK and the US are an agile, multi-functional team who love working in a great collaborative environment.

The role of this Business Analyst will be responsible for the suite of Trader Voice products that provide real time voice communication between our trade floors and their counterparts and clients

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Customer relationship management for internal stakeholders
  • Conduct market research (internally and externally) with regards to productivity, collaboration, data solutions
  • Support the product owners by identifying market need, interfacing with line of business technology customers as needed to define the scope and position of the product
  • Executes on the product roadmap & customer facing developments
  • Prioritizes the product backlog & maintains momentum and drive for the product
  • Creates a safe environment for experimentation and failures to support fast learning cycles
  • Supports the operational development of the product

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in a business analysis role
  • Understanding of vendor Platforms IPC Unigy & Cloud 9
  • Proven experience providing roadmaps, product overviews, reports, backlog, and documentation for enterprise technology solutions
  • Deep understanding of the end-to-end software development process, including product strategy development, customer engagement, architecture design, engineering, implementation, and operations
  • Experience and aptitude in business requirements mapping, wireframing and design
  • Knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, and emerging technologies
  • A strong understanding of software development methodologies and practices (SDLC, Agile, Scrum, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts to a senior management and customers
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with a variety of partners and stakeholders
  • Experience writing technical stories in JIRA/confluence using industry standard notations
